Client Information Worksheet - (MS Excel format) The worksheet is designed to meet most of your information gathering and organization requirements. Use it to summarize key information. Keep in mind that it is only a tool to help you think through the type of information that may be beneficial in completing tax returns. It is not meant to be all inclusive. Some sections may not apply in your case. Feel free to modify as necessary or provide in your own format. Some sections allow break-out of information by spouse. We will go through all of your particulars during the interview process. Where possible, it is preferable to receive information in Excel readable format or table.
